Does John Lewis Travel Money Provide a Delivery Service?

For safe and protected home delivery, you can place an online currency order with a minimum order amount of £250 and a maximum order value of £2,500. All orders above £500 qualify for free delivery, for orders under £500 a £5.50 delivery fee will be added. Multiple currencies can be bought in online orders. John Lewis will send your travel money the following working day if you order by 3 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 3 o’clock will be delivered on Tuesday. On occasion, Royal Mail will attempt a Saturday delivery.

Does John Lewis Provide a Click and Collect Service?

More than 330 Waitrose and John Lewis stores around the country accept online orders for travel money that may be picked up there. Normally you can pick up your currency the next working day. However the best exchange rate can only be guaranteed when ordering online because it can vary in-store.

At the end of your holiday, if you still have any extra notes, stop by the Bureau de Change nearest you; we’d be pleased to buy them back. Coins and specific banknote denominations cannot be purchased back, and they are only able to use the cash on hand to make purchases. Please check with your local store if you didn’t buy your money from us in the beginning or don’t have evidence of purchase.
